Welcome to Few Found. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or submitting a verification application.

1. About Few Found

Few Found is a B2B verification platform that assesses the credibility of creative agencies, content creators, and brands operating in the Indian digital marketing ecosystem. We issue verified badges to profiles that meet our credibility standards.

2. Eligibility

To register and apply for verification, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have the legal authority to act on behalf of a business)
• Operate a legitimate creative agency, content creation activity, or brand
• Provide accurate and verifiable information

3. Verification Process

Verification involves an AI-assisted pre-screening of your submitted profile and references, followed by a final human review by the Few Found team. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Few Found reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.

4. Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information submitted — including your profile details, references, and portfolio links — is accurate, current, and not misleading. Providing false or fraudulent information may result in immediate rejection, removal of your verified badge, and account termination.

5. Subscription and Payments

Verification plans require a one-time onboarding payment and an annual renewal. All payments are processed through Razorpay and are subject to their terms of service. Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Few Found.

6. Verified Badge

A verified badge is a license to display the Few Found verification mark. This license is non-transferable, revocable, and limited to the verified entity. Use of the badge to misrepresent or deceive third parties is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Few Found platform are the property of Few Found or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Few Found provides verification services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any business outcome, brand deal, or commercial result from being verified. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Few Found shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

Few Found may suspend or terminate your account and revoke your verified badge at any time if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or its users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
